Operations

GWDC has established strategic partnerships with coffee growers in Papua New Guinea, Jamaica, and Ethiopia to supply green bean coffee. Through its "Tree to Cup" strategy, GWDC has developed a vertical business relationship with coffee growers whereby the coffee growers are the suppliers and shareholders of GWDC. In exchange, GWDC pays a premium above market price for the coffee supplied by the growers and provides technical support and training to improve the quantity and quality of coffee beans harvested.

Our philosophy is to bring to the world market quality coffee green bean from various developing countries while at the same instance, helping the farmers in those countries through programs that improves their quality of live. In Papua New Guinea, GWDC has implemented agricultural training programs to help the coffee growers in adopting newer advanced agronomy practices and improving their crops. We have also established medical and health programs to aid women farmers.
